Jennifer Epps is the Executive Director of the LIFT Fund.
Previously, Jennifer has worked in labor for more than 15 years and is a seasoned organizer and strategic leader with extensive experience building worker power. As the former vice president of 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East and executive director of one of the largest teachers’ unions in the country, Epps has helped forge relationships and alliances between labor and community organizations to win major victories.
