Additional Resources

The LIFT fund is committed to providing timely and necessary technical assistance and resources to our grantees to help meet the challenges of their evolving campaigns.

Mini Grants Program

This effort provides technical assistance and tactical support to LIFT partnerships by helping with key needs ranging from strategy development to organizational issues, among others.

Peer Exchange Program

In 2019, LIFT hosted a Peer Exchange Program that consisted of three regional trainings for worker centers focused on digital strategies for worker organizing. Over 30 organizations were involved in these hands-on trainings, which were led by the O2O Strategy Group.

Participants learned about online to offline organizing models to help them advance sustainable and scalable campaigns that organize to win change.

Safeguarding Against Opposition Attacks

The LIFT Fund has partnered with the National Employment Law Project and most recently with Jobs With Justice to support worker centers with their organizing efforts, with a key focus on minimizing legal risks and attacks.

Convening Spaces

We hold critical convenings to build community and advance strategies by supporting and creating spaces to address the needs of the labor movement.
